A few months ago I (Mahasringadasa) and H.G. Dr.Sahadeva Prabhu were invited by a eminent person to Ravindra Bharati (auditorium) the occasion was Glorification of a great Telugu saint Tyagaraj.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh was the Chief Guest and several other eminent personalities also participated. It was a nice program, while coming out I expressed my desire that we shall have a grand program glorify Srila Prabhupad and the immediate response of H.G. Dr. Sahdev Prabhu was “off course” we must invite 50,000 citizens on the divine appearance day of Srila Prabhupadas and it should be celebrated at stadium, he said some day we shall celebrate His Divine Grace appearance on such a grand way. I was extremely enthused by his wonderful heartfelt feelings to glorify Srila Prabhupad.
On August 23rd 2011 Srila Prabhupadas Vyas Puja thousands of devotees glorified Srila Prabhupada by coming together in spite of heavy rains at Lalitha kala Thoranam, Public Gardens, Hyderabad. A wonderful Mahaprasadam feest was served to all the participants. Grand abhishekam and joyous chanting and dancing prevailed. The Mayor of Hyderabad was the Chief Guest and she heartily glorified Srila Prabhupads contribution to humanity. She performed the abhishekam also and the news was telecasted on Door Darshan trough out Asia Pacific and all the major news papers covered the news.
We beg mercy from you all so that some day we could invite 50,000 devotees and all the eminent personalities glorify Srila Prabhupad for his causeless mercy to humanity.
